The Proprietor has one more feather of completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management; this is in view of developing the relationship between the management and the workers, developing the human resource, to know more about applicability of labour laws.

The Business Associate (Madhusudhan C.A.) has good academic background of Bachelor Engineering in Civil and Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from VTU, Belgaum Karnatka.
